DELIVERY OPTIONS

We use Royal Mail to ship all deliveries, all deliveries are send as recorded and signed for.
Please allow 1 working day for order processing before shipment.

WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?

All our deliveries are signed for, meaning in order to receive your package somebody must sign for it. If you miss your delivery the postman will leave a note, giving you information on where to pick it up or how to book a redelivery.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene purposes our lipstains are non-refundable / exchangeable.
We accept refund/ exchange for Mineral Powder Foundation provided the seal is not tempered with.
